Delivery Information

All orders are subject to stock availability.

Standard Delivery

In stock items are usually dispatched the same day when you place your order before 3pm. Standard delivery is typically next working day once dispatched.

Some items may have a longer lead time. Where this applies, the estimated delivery time will normally be shown in the product description.

Certain products such as made to order gobos are not suitable for standard dispatch times and usually ship within 1 to 3 working days.

If there are any delays or changes to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Supplier Direct Deliveries

Some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers. In these cases delivery will be handled by the supplier’s courier service.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is usually available once your order has been dispatched. You will receive updates as your delivery progresses.

VAT Invoices

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent. This email includes a link to download your VAT invoice.

Urgent Orders

If you need an item urgently please get in touch and we will do our best to help. Additional charges may apply depending on the delivery method required.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is often possible within the London area, subject to stock availability and transport costs. Please contact us for a quotation.

Collect in Person

Orders can be collected in person during business hours.
Stocked items are usually ready within 2 hours. Please contact us if you have any special collection requests.

Out of Stock Items

If any items from your order are unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible. Options may include shipping stocked items first with the remainder to follow, or shipping directly from the supplier or manufacturer.

International Orders

We are currently unable to process international orders through our website. Please contact us if you would like to place an international order.

Gobo Orders

Gobos are shipped from stock when available. If not in stock they are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
