Refund policy

Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't always go as planned and on occasion you may need to return an item.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have expired since your purchase we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange but please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

If we had to order an item from a supplier for you then the return may incur an admin / restocking fee of up to 20% of the net total for the order.

Items returned must be unused and in the same condition as received and where applicable in any original packaging.

We will process refunds as soon as possible once the items have been received and checked. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first please check your bank account again, refunds can take a few days to clear and appear back in your account if you have any queries please get in touch and we look into this with you.

Exchanges (if applicable)
