Wrong Voltage Lamps Sent

240V lamps were ordered but 230V lamps were received next day. Incorrect lamps were sent back and alternatives were eventually delivered several days later.

If you run a 230V lamp on 240V, or 104% of Rated Lamp Voltage, you can expect the life expectancy to be reduced to around 75%, so for a 400h lamp life, you can expect to only get 300h!
